Our guides were excellent.  They had a lot of inside information about the area and it was really helpful on a daily basis.  Brenda Knick and everyone involving GTP was extremely organized and helpful.  As a person organizing his first trip, it was nice to have representatives who were so helpful. Everything ran smoothly and the kids really enjoyed themselves.  It was a good experience for everyone involved.

We had a fantastic time in NYC, and our guide (Jane) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Having the guide there was a huge load off of my plate because she did all the coordinating, which allowed me to keep track of my students and enjoy myself!

Group Travel Planners (GTP), and Brenda Knick in particular, have been so amazing to work with!  The last couple of years, I have only been able to arrange weekend trips with my choir.  GTP could have placed my trip at the bottom of their priorities – but instead, Brenda treated us as though we were one of her biggest clients – at least that’s how it felt.  Brenda prepared activity-packed, high-quality, cost-effective trips for us to both Chicago and Branson – destinations we chose.  She was quick to provide information every time I requested it, too.  Thank you GTP and Brenda Knick for the wonderful opportunities you provided the students!

I can say without hesitation that they are the very best travel planners I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with on planning a trip. From the earliest planning stages clear through to day to day specificity, GTP was amazing and left nothing to chance. You just can’t do any better than GTP in my opinion.

Their costs were surprisingly low, and were an unbelievable value for the money. As we progressed I was impressed with how easy GTP was to work with, how well Brenda communicated, and how simple payments were. As our trip arrived everything that GTP promised happened, Brenda and her husband Nick were with us every step of the way in New York.

Overall the work that GTP did made every part of this trip from idea, to planning, to paying, to performing an extremely positive experience. I will never work with any other travel organization again, they were that good.

Our Bus Driver was great!! He was very accommodating to all of our needs. He got us everywhere on time and safely!  Our hotel was great. The rooms were wonderful and the breakfast was a great bonus! Very happy with where we stayed!
We had very little down time and we had plenty of variety to our trip…
Brenda Knick was WONDERFUL! I am terrible with responding to e-mails and she was very patient and very helpful every step of the way. She answered every question and she was the reason I believe our trip went so well!

The trip was wonderful! Well worth every penny and the students enjoyed it very much.  I was very impressed with the workshop as well. I cannot say enough good things about Bill he was the best tour escort ever! The bus drivers were great as well and We felt very safe with all of them.

I have used Brenda Knick in the past and she is unbelievable! She does an exceptional job at communicating and organizing the trip.

Brenda Knick is by far the best travel agent I have ever worked with. She is very organized and takes all the pressure off of the director. She is welcome to suggestions for the itinerary and is very quick at finding fun and educational activities for the students. She takes great care of the directors, leaving gifts in the room and even took us out to eat lunch. She is a great host. Brenda Knick is the only travel agent that I will ever use!

The GTP Sales Rep. was very helpful and added the things that my students and I wanted to include to see. I was happy with the trip and process. Overall it was a very nice tour.

Brenda has been wonderful to work with both times I have organized a trip. Definitely plan to again in the future!  All of this was excellent! The kids really enjoyed the pool, facilities, and just the environment of the hotel.  I am very pleased and hope to work with you again. See comments above for suggestions.  There was a good variety included in the cost of the trip and the places we ate out of pocket were reasonable given that it’s New Orleans.
