• My kids and I loved Douglas. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very organized. He was good at communicating with all of us about meeting times and locations, etc. I was able to reach him on his cell when needed and I felt we had a good trip. When my kids watched some video footage of the trip and saw Douglas they all exclaimed, “Douglas!”
